A complementary feed for poultry containing herbal extracts, plant extract and feed additives to calm down the digestive tract.
When to use the product?
Finding the right mix between herbal and plant extract together with acids to lower the pH of e.g. drinking water has a positive outcome for the digestive tract of poultry. The ideal pH of water preferred by poultry is between 4.0 and 4.5. Slight acidification of water improves gut health.
How does the product work?
Acetic acid helps in lowering the drinking water to a pH between 4.0 and 4.5 that makes it more unlikely for bacteria to occur and thus creates healthy drinking water. Plant and herbal extracts add to a healthy digestive tract by creating a natural resistance against negative outside influences as bacteria and other. On top of all other advantages, the small substance of flavouring compounds will make the drinking water tastier.
Why is this product advantageous?
Organic acids like acetic acid can slightly acidify water which is a key part of eliminating pathogenic bacteria. Water with the ideal acidic pH value promotes healthy gut flora and ultimately boost bird health. Ongoing water treatments with organic acids will lower the risk of water pollution and thus promotes healthy water on-site. The herbal and plant extracts add to a calm digestive tract by creating a natural resistant against bacterial isolates.
