Where do our products come from?

We only source ingredients from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. After selecting premium ingredients we develop and produce all products in our own laboratoria following strict guidelines. All processes are continuously checked by our quality control team and follow regulations from our certifications. Our products are manufactured in the Netherlands.

Shipping?

We try to ship everywhere. However some countries may be restricted by law. Those are countries we know are outside our control restricted to deliver to by law:

Will my order get to me without any issues?

Our fulfillment partner receives orders within 2 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier. We try to make every shipment work, however since quantities can be large, shipping costs can increase. Especially for goods that include danger symbols, shipping costs can be very high.

Shipping costs?

Free shipping on all orders within The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Our shipping rates vary from country to country and from quantity ordered. We'll get you the best estimate at checkout. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates, please contact us at help@vossenagriculture.com. We offer free shipping on orders over €200 internationally.
